We listed our house for sale initially in March 2020 but then delisted it in June due to Covid and also not satisfied with the Realtor we were working with. All I can say is WOW!! This is by far the best case scenario I could have ever imagined! DeeAnn is honestly the best you will find. She is so knowledgable and provides the best services for your home sale depending on your needs (staging consult, photos, 3d tour, videos, tailored advertising, etc, etc the list goes on and on!) We were moving out of town and I truly don't think anyone else would have been able to get us such a great sale on our house as quickly as she did. Our home is in a neighborhood that isn't well known, a little outside the city, and she knew just who to advertise to to get people seeing it. There were a few challenges but we were in such good hands with DeeAnn ensuring that everything went as smoothly as it possibly could. I am not sure I would have been able to handle the stress of selling our home before moving to a new city without DeeAnn.
